Although insurance is optional, I highly recommend it, as it will cover you for lost or damaged packages. I personally have been on the losing end of both scenario's including postal theft. The third time was the charm for me. Learn from my mistakes and take insurance! It will be offered on the check out page.
- Items purchased as is: I will ship within 1-2 days after receiving your order, GUARANTEED.
- Items that need to be resized: I will ship within 2-3 days of receiving your order.
- I will ship out your item as soon as payment is received. I will send an email letting you know I have received your payment and advise you of the ship date.
- If you have placed a custom order, please know that your item will ship between 1 to 2 weeks from the date the order was placed.

I understand that one size does not fit all. So the answer is, I sure do!

Returns and Repairs TOP

Please notify me with in 7 days of receiving your item and I refund will be process upon its return.

I do require that the item be shipped back, un-worn, unused and in the same condition you received it in. If it is received otherwise, no refund will be issued.

Returns are to be in the original packaging, insured with delivery confirmation Great care was taken to pack your item securely and safely. I cannot or will not be responsible for breakage due to inadequate packaging.
Repair Policy: If you receive an item and it determined to be defective in workmanship for up to 30 days, you may return it to have it repaired made. Simply contact me to arrange to have it shipped back. I will gladly cover the amount of shipping to return the package to me. Please return the entire pieces (please insure), including those pieces that are broken. Pieces will immediately be attended to and shipped back within 5 business days.

No. All items I offer on my site are items that are already made and ready to be shipped.
Do you take custom orders? TOP
Please email me with any questions you might have. I do require a non-refundable 50% deposit to begin your custom order. Balance of payment will be due upon final design approval. Custom orders are non refundable or can be exchanged.
Why might jewelry color look a bit different in person? TOP
When photographing my items, I use a light tent and special day light bulbs to give you the most accurate portrayal of color, in natural daylight. However, there are slight color variations from monitor to monitor which unfortunately is out my my control. Just as an FYI, I also work on both MAC and PC monitors so rest assured, my photo's are double checked before posting.
Do you offer Gift Wrapping? TOP
Yes. I believe presentation is just as important as the item itself! Every item purchased is beautifully giftboxed with tissue paper and ribbon, perfect enough for gift giving.
